- It is prohibited to use the software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Accessing restricted areas of ForkIt without authorization.
- Fees, Payments, and Refund Guarantee
- The use of ForkIt may be subject to subscription fees, which will be clearly informed before contracting. All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Additionally, we offer a 3-month refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service during the first 90 days, you can request a full refund by contacting our support team.
- Intellectual Property
- ForkIt and all its content, including code, designs, logos, and functionalities, are the exclusive property of ForkIt or its licensors. It is prohibited to reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the software without prior written authorization.
- Limitation of Liability
- ForkIt will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. You agree that the software is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind.
- Privacy and Data

- Service Termination
